A smaller file in three simple steps.

Video, image, PDF and audio compression are available. Choose files, adjust settings, then preview and download the results.

Practical tutorials

Finding the right balance

Start with Balanced for everyday sharing. Higher quality preserves more detail, while stronger compression prioritizes size. Images and PDFs that cannot get smaller are returned unchanged with a notice. Audio always uses your selected format, with a notice if the result is larger.

Video compression

Upload MP4, MOV, MKV or WebM videos up to 1 GiB and export MP4. H.264 offers broad browser support; H.265 may need a compatible player. Choose a quality preset or a target file size.

Image compression

Use JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF or HEIC files up to 50 MiB each. Balanced is the default, with dimensions, transparency and animation preserved. Downloads keep the source format; HEIC also gets a browser preview.

PDF compression

Upload PDFs up to 50 MiB and 1000 pages. Light optimizes file structure; Balanced and Strong also compress suitable embedded images. Text and page layout are retained. Browse the original and result page by page. Encrypted or signed PDFs are unsupported, and no OCR is added.

Audio compression

Use MP3, WAV, AAC, M4A, FLAC or OGG files up to 1 GiB. Export MP3 by default or choose M4A. Presets target 192, 128 or 64 kbps, with sample rate and channel controls. Unsupported low sample rate / high bitrate MP3 combinations require different settings. Actual AAC bitrate varies with content and is shown in the result.

Batches and downloads

Images, PDFs and audio accept up to 20 files of the same type per batch, sharing one set of settings. Retry or remove failed uploads. A processing failure does not stop other files. Download individual results or pack successful files into a ZIP. Retry or deletion requires a new ZIP. The current allowance is 20 uploaded files per 24 hours.

Translate, review and export

Video keeps the original voice and supports editable subtitles, bilingual subtitle files and burned-in MP4. Documents support PDF, scanned PDF, DOCX, TXT and EPUB. Images support OCR, background repair and editable text layout. Retranslate after changing source text. Resolve overflow by adjusting text, font size or region size, or keep the original region. Changes save automatically; each export freezes its saved version. Recognition and translation use Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. Review complex backgrounds, formulas, tables and typography before downloading. Files expire after 24 hours.

Read, compare and ask AI

Switch between layout, text and bilingual views. Open Edit to correct only the selected content. Download at the top saves your edits before generating a file. AI reading offers brief or detailed summaries, collapsible mind maps and follow-up questions. Source links locate a paragraph, subtitle or image region. AI uses extracted text only and indicates when the file lacks evidence. Update analyses after text changes; style-only changes reuse existing results. Download a mind map image or text outline from the AI panel. Rate-limited tasks wait and resume without repeating completed work.

Your files stay private

Uploads and results are stored privately. Downloads use short-lived links. Files expire 24 hours after upload and are removed by the cleanup process. You can delete them earlier from your workspace.

Pick up where you left off

Tasks continue while the page is closed. Reopen your workspace in the same browser to check progress. If an upload is interrupted, choose the same file again to resume. Keep your browser cookies to retain access to anonymous tasks.
