Billing rules
- Recognition, translation and repair may be confirmed separately. Processing pauses at the authorized budget.
- Reusing an existing result has no processing charge. New settings, regeneration and new exports receive a new quote.
- Cancellation settles performed work. Failures without a deliverable are refunded. Uncertain provider usage is held for reconciliation.
- Files retain the 24-hour expiry. Credit packs do not renew automatically.
