Common tasks
- Merge PDFs: select at least two PDFs and arrange their order.
- Split a PDF: enter page numbers or ranges, such as
1, 3-5. - Rotate pages: correct page orientation.
- Add a watermark: configure a text watermark and export a copy.
- Images to PDF: select and order your images.
- PDF to images: export pages as images.
File limits
Free / Pro limits: images 10 / 20 MiB each, 50 / 100 MiB per task; PDFs 50 / 100 MiB and 100 / 200 pages; media 100 / 200 MiB; text, code and SVG 2 / 5 MiB; up to 10 / 50 inputs where supported. Workbench JSON: 2 / 32 MiB; other workbench operations: 1 MiB. Tool-specific safety limits still apply.
Reading OCR is free, with at most 20 OCR pages per batch. Encrypted or damaged files may not work; use a readable copy you are authorized to access.
Signatures and reflow
PDF signing adds a visible mark, not a certificate-based digital signature. Check its position and the page orientation.
PDF reading mode extracts or recognizes text and reflows it. It does not preserve the exact original layout. Check tables, formulas and complex layouts manually.
Save and verify
Open the download to check page count, order, orientation and watermarks. Tools do not replace the original file on your device. Keep your original.
