Troubleshooting
What to check when a file fails, a task is slow or a download is missing.
A file cannot be read
Check the supported format and whether the file is intact. Renaming an extension does not convert a file. Encrypted PDFs, animated images and some media codecs may require a readable copy or another tool.
An input exceeds a limit
Free / Pro limits: images 10 / 20 MiB each, 50 / 100 MiB per task; PDFs 50 / 100 MiB and 100 / 200 pages; media 100 / 200 MiB; text, code and SVG 2 / 5 MiB; up to 10 / 50 inputs where supported. Workbench JSON: 2 / 32 MiB; other workbench operations: 1 MiB. Tool-specific safety limits still apply.
Processor safeguards still apply: images up to 40 megapixels, OCR up to 20 pages per batch, vocal separation up to 60 seconds and pitch/tempo processing up to 5 minutes.
Follow any more specific limit shown by the tool. Reduce image dimensions, select fewer PDF pages or use a shorter clip before retrying.
An engine or model will not load
Check that your connection can reach this site's resources. Video, OCR and background removal download larger resources on first use. Retry after a failed download. Browser extensions or network filters can also block resources.
Processing is slow or runs out of memory
Close unused tabs and retry with a smaller input, or use a device with more memory. Keep the page open until processing finishes. After cancellation, you can select files again or change settings.
A download is missing
Check your browser's download list and save location. If multiple downloads are blocked, save files individually or use a ZIP download when the tool offers one.
