- Smart PNG reduces similar colors with a pixel-error guard, preserving dimensions and transparency. Choose Lossless to preserve every pixel. Same-format compression keeps the original if no smaller output is produced. Photos and scans often shrink more as JPG / WebP; check small text and codes. JPG fills transparency with white.
- Preview images are limited to 1200 pixels on the long edge. Final file size is available after processing; export preserves the requested dimensions. Cancellation keeps completed results.
